Your Service Pricing is 100% Transparent, based on our algorithm that calculates your suggested time of service according to:

• The type of service (Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning or Moving Cleaning)
• The total area to be cleaned (sqft)
• The # of Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• The # of Additional Rooms

Arrival Time

Cleaning Services are scheduled within 2hr arrival window. Your cleaning team will do their best to arrive at the earliest time on your arrival window but if there are unforeseen situations like delays, transportation, or the weather, the office will contact you ahead to give you a more accurate arrival time.

Plans‍

Cover all the scoop of work listed for the selected service (Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning or Move-in Move-out Cleaning) within the suggested amount of time. Our cleaning times are calculated based on homes that are professionally cleaned at least every 2 weeks and maintained between appointments.

Hourly Rates‍

Recommended for houses or shared apartments, with the flexibility to choose what areas do you want us to clean. Hourly rates are calculated per man/hours, for example, you can book 4 hours for 1 cleaner or 2 hours for a team of 2 cleaners.

Important Information

• Your time of service is calculated in working-hours and the duration of your service will be divided by the number of cleaning members. For example, a 3hrs Cleaning Service with a team of 2 cleaners will last 1.5hrs.
• We guarantee that our staff performs an efficient cleaning to give you the best service in the least time. Every home is special, if your Cleaner needs more time to finish the scoop of work (bigger home or service more complex than initially booked), we will contact you to ask if you would like to add more time to your service or ask your priorities.
• Additional time of service will be added after your booking time is finished at our hourly rate of $60/hr per cleaner.
• If the type of service initially scheduled is not the right one for your home, we will contact you to upgrade your service to the next cleaning plan (for example, from Regular to Deep Cleaning).
• In case that we don't reach to an agreement in upgrading your cleaning plan or adding extra time to your service if required, we reserve the right to cancel the service.
