The cost of your cleaning service is usually based on the size of your space, layout and the complexity of the service. At Cleaning Studio, we use a simple and clear pricing so you can select the best service for your home, office or commercial space.

Size of your space

This is a very simple parameter based on the square footage (sqft) of your space. Residential spaces have a more in depth classification since every type of home has its own characteristics.

Residential

Every residential cleaning service includes by default all basic common spaces, such as Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Hallways. Bedrooms, Bathrooms and additional rooms should be added to get an accurate pricing and time of service.

• Our system prices Apartments under 1,500sqft based only on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
• For Houses or Townhouses, we'll need the square footage of your house, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and any other additional rooms (laundry room, playroom, home office, tv room, etc)

Commercial

The cost to clean a commercial space is mostly based on the square footage, number of bathrooms, and the layout of your space. Other secondary factors such as kitchenette, private offices, storefront, staircases may add more time to your service.
